Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with your Google account we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We use these to identify you and link you to your operator organization. We do not receive your Google password.
• Business records.Data your organization enters into Darti — units, tenancy contracts, tenants, cheques, payments, expenses, and bookings. This may include personal data about tenants (such as names and contact details) that your organization controls; we process it solely on your organization’s behalf to provide the service.
• Uploaded documents. Documents your organization uploads (for example tenancy contracts) are stored so the service can display and process them, including automated text extraction.
• Assistant conversations. Messages you send to the in-app AI assistant, which are processed by our AI service providers to generate responses. Assistant conversations are not used to train third-party models.
• Technical data.Basic logs (IP address, device type, timestamps) generated when you use the service, used for security and troubleshooting. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

2. How we use data

We use the data above only to provide, secure, and improve the Darti service for your organization: authenticating you, storing and displaying your organization’s records, generating assistant responses, and diagnosing problems. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Sharing and processors

Data is shared only with the service providers we use to run Darti — cloud hosting and storage providers, and AI model providers for the assistant — under contracts that limit their use of the data to providing the service to us. Data may also be disclosed where required by law.

4. Retention and deletion

Your account and your organization’s records are retained for as long as your organization uses Darti. Accounts are provisioned and managed by your organization’s administrator. To have your account or data corrected or deleted, contact your organization administrator or email us at support@elqnt.ai; we action deletion requests within 30 days.

5. Security

All traffic between the apps and our services is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). On mobile, session credentials are stored in the device’s secure keychain. Access to your organization’s data is restricted to signed-in members of that organization.

6. Children

Darti is a business tool for property-management professionals and is not directed at children.
