Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 July 2026

These terms govern use of the Darti property-management platform (web and mobile applications), operated by Eloquent Technologies FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). By signing in to Darti you agree to these terms on your own behalf and, where applicable, on behalf of the property-management company that provisioned your account (the “operator”).

1. Accounts

Darti accounts are provisioned by an operator’s administrator; there is no self-service sign-up. You must keep your sign-in credentials secure and use the service only as authorized by your operator. We may suspend access that we reasonably believe is unauthorized or abusive.

2. Your data

The operator owns the business records it enters into Darti. We process that data only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. The operator is responsible for having a lawful basis to store any personal data (for example tenant details) it enters.

3. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service — including attempting to access another organization’s data, probing or disrupting the service, reverse-engineering it, or using it for unlawful purposes.

4. AI assistant

The in-app assistant generates responses automatically from your organization’s data using large language models. Responses may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided for convenience only — verify important figures against the underlying records before relying on them.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Darti available at all times but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update or modify features, and we may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Commercial terms between an operator and us (fees, service levels) are set out in the operator’s subscription agreement, which prevails over these terms if they conflict.

7. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Questions: support@elqnt.ai.
